Development Victoria’s landmark precinct in North Melbourne, Arden, is a 44.6 hectare site set to be home to 15,000 residents and 34,000 jobs.

An urban renewal project which will be home to new campuses of the Royal Melbourne and Royal Women’s Hospitals, Arden will feature a range of retail, community uses and open spaces designed to foster a vibrant community, day and night.

Major new parks celebrating First Nations culture form a network of green open spaces. Pedestrian and cyclist-friendly streets and linear parks are a central attraction of Arden.

Stage One of the development – the Innovation Core – provides first mover opportunities to benefit from land parcels located within proximity to the new Arden Station (under construction as part of the Metro Tunnel Project and due for completion in 2025), Royal Melbourne and Royal Women’s Hospitals. These medial Arden Campuses will anchor the Innovation Core, which is set to commence construction in 2026.

Showcase Services

The Showcase team installed a 4k ceiling-mounted projector into the Arden sales office, which points directly down onto a 1840m x 1840m square table top that acts as a projection screen. Here, the sales team controls content from an iPad, showing prospective purchasers multiple precinct maps of Arden, including the masterplan and land parcels they are interested in.

Behind the projection table is a 3.5m x 2.5m LED wall which plays content controlled by the sales team via an iPad. Aerial photography of the Arden site are illuminated on the wall, as well as project renders.
