Hyde Metropolitan by Deicorp is a 55-storey tower in Sydney comprising 1, 2 & 3 bedroom apartments and penthouses.
Positioned on Liverpool Street on the cusp of Hyde Park, all 168 residences in Hyde Metropolitan spoil residents with uninterrupted views of the park, plus the world-famous Sydney Harbour and the city.
Internally, the rooms are airy and oversized with spacious entertaining areas and 2.9 metre high ceilings. High-end finishes like marble benchtops, timber cabinetry and 100 percent wool carpet elevate the residences’ luxury, and oversized glass windows mean endless views.
Externally, Hyde Metropolitan includes communal courtyards and gardens, while the luxurious podium terrace with its resort-style pool, sauna, gym and barbecue area mean residents can mingle with their neighbours and entertain guests.
Hyde Metropolitan also includes concierge services, a library and music room, while the ground floor includes retail plus a vibrant cocktail bar and high-end restaurant.
Showcase Services
The sizeable Hyde Metropolitan display suite means sales consultants can take multiple groups through at any given time, requiring an extensive Showcase fitout.
A large, curved LED wall installed by the Showcase team is controlled by the CBRE sales team via an iPad where visitors can immerse themselves in renders of Hyde Metropolitan, floor plates and floor plans.
If interested in a particular apartment or penthouse, the sales team can click on the floor of that residence and show prospective purchasers the view lines they would see from their new home – as well as floor plans, floor plates, project videos – and the Showcase animated map that highlights the development’s proximity to amenities.
The Showcase team also installed an immersion room which includes 2 projectors and surround sound. Content is controlled by the sales team via an iPad, showcasing view lines from the development, plus other marketing collateral such as floor plates and floor plans.
The display apartment features a 25m x 2.5m video wall where a 1m x 4m time lapse video of Hyde Metropolitan’s hero view from dusk until dawn plays, while static view lines are displayed from the bathroom and the bedroom aspect.
The audio is zoned throughout the display suite into 4 x different zones: apartment zone; sales zone; model LED zone and the immersion zone.
