The building comprises 3 and 4 and 5 bedroom residences that reimagine classical grandeur, with impeccable attention to detail evident in the use of natural tones and textures that exude warmth and infuse the interiors with natural light.
Inspired by modernist architecture and infused with playful Art Deco interventions and sculptural innovation, South Yarra House promises to age gracefully, providing a restored sense of permanence and preservation.

Showcase Services
The grandness of the South Yarra House display suite required grand intervention from the Showcase team, who installed 2 x 75” wall-mounted Samsung display panels and 1 x 85” wall-mounted Samsung display panel in different areas of the display.
Connected to the Showcase tech, consultants can control all content on the screens via an iPad Pro – from videos of the South Yarra House development, view lines from specific residences, large floor plans and floor plates, footage of the local area – whatever visitors want to see.
An architectural model of South Yarra House is situated in the middle of the display suite, while multiple sound zones project audio through Sonos in-ceiling speakers.
Finally, the wall-mounted screen in the sales area is also connected to video conferencing technology, allowing the sales team to connect with potential purchasers from anywhere in the world.
