The Centennial Collection’s intricate architectural models are a crucial selling tool for the project sales team. Positioned in front of a large 4k HD screen supplied by the Showcase team, the models, together with the screen, are connected to Showcase software.
Using an iPad to control the content, the consultants illuminate specific floors of the model towers and conjunctively take prospective purchasers through floor plates of the buildings on the screen behind the models, as well as floor plans and the views from the floors.
An additional large, wall-mounted screen positioned in the lounge area provides the sales team with another avenue to show The Centennial Collection marketing collateral. Again, connected to Showcase and controlled by an iPad, consultants show prospects marketing renders of The Centennial Collection, view lines, nearby amenity and project videos.
